All prices are per room per night and are inclusive of breakfst based on a stay of more then one night.

Discounts can be offered for large groups, longer stays and returning guests.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Cancellation
We normally require a 20% deposit in advance for telephone bookings. If you cancel 7 days or more in advance of your arrival date, we will refund your deposit in full.  Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable.

Arrival & Departure Times
We prefer our guests to arrive between 2pm and 11pm, although alternative times are available by negotiation. Guests should aim to leave by 11am on their day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.

Children & Pets
Children over the age of 14 years are welcome, but we are unable to accept pets except by special arrangement.

Payment Methods
We can accept payments by cash or cheque on your day of departure.
